Couples love that the planning is so streamlined. Catering is handled by Bouk Catering, the venue's exclusive catering partner, with custom menus and bar service planned right alongside your food. Tables and chairs are included in your rental, and the on site team helps you pull all the pieces together.
The grounds are beautifully kept with mature trees, seasonal florals, and plenty of open space, which gives you (and me!) lots of variety for portraits without ever leaving the property.
About The Venues at Langtree
The Venues at Langtree is a 16 acre wedding estate in Mooresville, North Carolina, about 30 minutes north of Charlotte in the Lake Norman area. It feels tucked away and private once you pull in, but it sits just a mile off Interstate 77 (Exit 31), so it's easy for guests to find.
What makes Langtree special is the variety. There are multiple buildings and outdoor spaces on one property, so you can have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception each in a different setting without anyone ever getting in a car.
This beautiful pergola is the perfect blank canvas to decorate for your wedding ceremony. Set among the large oaks, it's the perfect backdrop for your ceremony.

Historic but updated with fresh, modern decor, the Mott House serves as the heart of the venue. It includes the bridal suite, groom's salon, full kitchen, and table seating for twelve. This is the perfect spot for wedding parties to relax before the ceremony.

The sunset light at Langtree filters through the trees and is absolutely gorgeous. Build 15 to 20 minutes of golden hour portraits into your timeline so we can sneak away together. It makes a huge difference in your final gallery.

It depends on the space. The Barn holds up to 100 guests and the Pavilion holds up to 400, so Langtree works for everything from small weddings to large celebrations.
Yes! You can choose an outdoor ceremony under the Langtree Oak or use one of the indoor spaces, and all receptions have indoor options. That also means you have a solid rain plan built in.
Absolutely. Between the historic Mott House, the huge oak trees, the stone Boulder Room, and the light filled Pavilion, you get a ton of variety in your gallery without ever leaving the property. As a Venues at Langtree wedding photographer, it's one of my favorite properties to shoot.
