Emily & Mark
Emily and Mark were married on a gorgeous summer evening in September. They chose Carrigan Farms in Mooresville North Carolina as the venue for their big day and of course the beautiful property never disappoints! Their ceremony took place on the beach right next to the quarry, the sun sparkling off the water as they said their vows. In an epic straight-out-of-a-fairytale moment, the waterfall was turned on right as they shared their first kiss and were announced for the first time as husband and wife. It was truly a special moment!
Once family photos were finished, we snuck away from the party to get some dreamy, romantic couples images just before sunset. Carrigan Farms has beautiful ponds and one in particular is a perfect place for some stunning images. Right next to one of the ponds stands a giant Weeping Willow tree. The sun was starting to set right behind this magnificent tree, setting all the leaves aglow in golden light. The images from this session are some of my favorite to date!
