If you’re a fan of soft pastels, floral prints, and vintage charm, you’re going to fall in love with this cottagecore wedding decor. Our recent styled shoot at the gorgeous Low Meadows Estate brought the cottagecore wedding theme to life, mixing natural beauty with antique furniture, mossy accents, and delicate florals for the ultimate romantic vibe.
The Venue: A Cottagecore Dream
Low Meadows Estate is hands-down one of the best cottagecore wedding venues out there. With its lush gardens full of blooming flowers, vibrant green hostas, and charming potted plants, it was the perfect setting for our whimsical shoot. The highlight? A stunning brick archway covered in cascading florals, moss, and succulents—an absolute dream backdrop for any big day.

The Enchanting Tablescape
The reception setup was nothing short of magical. A long wooden table, draped with soft lavender napkins, was decked out with moss, tall candles, floral plates, and elegant place cards. The mix of cottagecore wedding decor and antique furniture gave it that timeless, cozy feel. As the sun set, the flickering candlelight made everything glow, creating the most incredible ambiance for dreamy night shots. The string lights in the background of the garden added an even more romantic touch to this perfect setup. These night images were by favorite from the entire shoot! If you’re dreaming of a cottagecore wedding, make sure to get some images by candlelight – you won’t regret it!
Romantic Details & Whimsical Touches
Every detail was thoughtfully designed to showcase the beauty of the cottagecore theme. The seating chart was a total showstopper—a moss-covered stand with vintage mirrors, each one featuring a guest’s name in elegant calligraphy. The wedding cake? A delicate white masterpiece with pressed flowers, sitting pretty on a vintage glass stand. Nearby, an antique dresser displayed a sweet spread of cake pops and cookies, all decorated with pressed flowers and paired with a dreamy balloon arch.
One of the most unique (and fun!) details was the popcorn tower—a mushroom-shaped creation covered in moss. It added such a whimsical, unexpected touch that fit the theme perfectly.
The Bride & Her Breathtaking Bouquet
Our model bride, Tina, looked absolutely ethereal, carrying a lush bouquet filled with soft pastel florals and draping succulents. It was the most unique bouquet that I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing! The mix of colors and textures made it the best option for brides who want a natural, romantic feel for their big day.
Magical Nighttime Photography
I know I talked about the amazing nighttime photos before, but I want to mention them again! As the sun went down, the magic of this cottagecore wedding decor really came to life. Capturing the tablescape at night with candlelight gave us some of the most breathtaking images of the entire shoot. We also took some unforgettable shots at the estate’s bridge, where a chandelier covered in succulents cast the most beautiful glow—talk about a picture-perfect moment! The lights in the gardens and the glow from the chandelier was a photographer’s dream!

For couples dreaming of a fairy-tale wedding, embracing the cottagecore wedding theme is truly the best option. With vintage elements, floral prints, and lush greenery, this style creates an effortlessly romantic atmosphere. Whether you love moss-covered seating charts, antique furniture, or delicate pressed flower details, this shoot at Low Meadows Estate proves that a cottagecore wedding is pure magic.
