Just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, surrounded by the vibrant hues of autumn, Megan and Kaylin celebrated their love at the picturesque Pine Island Country Club. With the sun shining and the trees donning their vibrant fall colors, this charming wedding was truly a day to remember.
Megan and Kaylin’s wedding day was graced with warm fall weather, an unexpected treat for late October! As a Charlotte wedding photographer, I LOVE the warm fall days that we get towards the end of the season! The weather could not have been more perfect for Megan and Kaylin’s big day. Not only was the weather perfect, but the trees were in full autumn color; the perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding!
Before the ceremony, Megan and Kaylin chose to share a “first look” moment, where they would see each other for the first time on their wedding day in a private setting. What made this moment extraordinary was Kaylin’s deeply emotional reaction. As he turned to see his bride, Megan, in her wedding gown, his eyes welled up with tears. After seeing Kaylin’s tears, Megan started crying tears of her own. It was such a sweet moment!
One of the highlights of this wedding was the couple’s decision to take a golf cart for their intimate couple’s portraits. As their wedding photographer, I had the privilege of witnessing Megan and Kaylin’s chemistry in the stunning outdoor setting. The radiant love they shared truly shone through as they embraced amid the breathtaking fall foliage. We started by some gorgeous red trees in the light of golden hour and ended by the beautiful bridge overlooking the golf course.
How cute are these guys!? Once the dance floor opened up, Megan was amazing on the dance floor! She truly danced the night away, celebrating her love for Kaylin with infectious enthusiasm. The energy on the dance floor was electric, with friends and family joining in the celebration, making it a night to remember.
